Yerevan-born painter Hasmik Avetisyan graduated Kojoyan Art School and Terlemezyan Fine Arts College.
Avetisyan’s exhibitions include Postal Stamp Exhibition in honor of 100 years of Modern Olympic games in Atlanta, Art Expo 2003 in New York City, Art Caucasus 2004 in Tbilisi, Dion Graphic 89, Armenian Artists Union 75 years, Armix Gallery, HayArt Gallery, Armenian-Japanese Contemporary Art exhibition “From Tradition to Modernity” in Yerevan, and Mark Rothko International Plain Air in Latvia.
Solo Exhibitions include Union of Artists, “Invisible Beauty, Children of the Moon” and “If……In” in Modern Art Museum of Armenia.
Avetisyan made the designs of several Armenian postal stamps and envelopes for firm “Namakanish” in Yerevan. She was also the general designer of TV Show “CD-DC” in Los Angeles.
